B7 Stud/Nut Assemblies

Stud bars are threaded rods that, unlike screws and bolts, have no protruding heads. Because of this, they need to be secured with a nut on each side. Milsons carry a range of stud and nuts which are made to ATSM A193/ASTM A194 standards. These are commonly used to connect flanges in a piping network.

• Predetermined Lengths 
  Please see product pages for predetermined lengths available to place an order and our friendly team will be in contact to confirm delivery dates.
  Depending on stock availability:

  • Black and Stainless Steel Studs  are cut and then assembled to be sent out in 1 to 2 working days

  • Galv, Yellow Zinc, and Yellow Zinc-25 uM  finishes – Black Studs are cut and then sent for coating before assembly, this takes 5 to 15 working days

• Custom Lengths
  We offer custom cutting and stamping for studding to meet your exact specifications. Please see product pages and order via the “Order Custom Size” product – a text box will open for you to add your order requirements (grade, diameter, length, and finish) to the Shopping Cart.

• Minimum Order Value for Plated Studs
  Please note the minimum order value for plated stud assemblies:

  • YZP Plating: $60

  • YZ 25-Micron Plating: $150

  If your order is below these amounts, our customer team will be in contact – you can either increase your order, or we can hold your order until it can be combined with additional plated items.
