Managing Director
Scott Davis represents the 3rd generation of highly successful engineering material and fastening business owners, with over 30 years of experience. Through exceptional standards in performance and service quality, Scott’s expertise has led to Milsons becoming New Zealand’s leading fastening supplier. But Scott’s not just passionate about industry, he’s a people person too which is evident in the successful team he leads.
Mike Thompson
Head of Sales
With 20 years’ experience in the fastening industry, and a background in supply chain, operations and sales, Mike is a trusted industry leader known for optimising efficiency and driving success. What truly sets Mike apart is his unwavering commitment to building lasting partnerships with customers. Emphasising collaboration, he places great value on creating mutually beneficial connections, establishing trust, and contributing to sustained business success for all parties. Mike’s dedication to exceptional customer service, coupled with his extensive industry knowledge, makes him the perfect leader for our sales team, as well as a valuable asset for both Milsons and our customers.
Dan Churchman
Commerical Sales Manager
Since Joining Milsons, Dan has quickly established a strong rapport with our customers due to his diligence and personable approach.
His 8 years of prior experience in the civil and construction industry has given Dan a keen understanding of the end users needs. He continuously employs these valuable insights to further develop the Milsons customer experience.

Product and Waikato Sales Manager
With over two decades of experience in the fastener industry, Tait brings extensive expertise and a customer-centric approach to his role as Milsons’ Product and Waikato Retail Sales Manager.

Hamilton Branch Manager
With 18 years of experience in the fastener industry, Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Hamilton’s Retail Sales Manager. Having honed his skills in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Taranaki, Joseph has gained valuable insights into the specific requirements and challenges faced by clients in these regions. Montie Kumitau
Auckland Branch Manager
With 25 years of experience in the fastening industry, Montie Kumitau brings comprehensive product knowledge across all fastening sectors, especially construction and engineering. Having started in the warehouse and having worked his way through various roles, Montie is highly qualified to manage the Auckland branch. He oversees warehousing, customer service, onboarding new customers, and quotes. A true people person, Montie enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, gaining satisfaction from teamwork, and ensuring customers get what they need when they need it.
Helen Kohunui
Operations Manager
Helen’s five years’ experience as Milsons’s Sales Manager, her excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and tenacity make Helen the best person to manage and coordinate instrumental projects for Milsons. With a passion for our Milsons customers, Helen also continues to support Sales and our Customer Service team to ensure we deliver on our service excellence promise.
Dave Brooks
Supply Chain Manager
With 25 years’ experience, and extensive knowledge of sourcing, logistics and systems implementations, Dave is perfectly positioned to guide Milsons towards a future of continued supply chain excellence. Drawing on his strong analytical skills and process driven approach we are looking forward to achieving all-encompassing systems, optimised landing prices and effective stock covering, with Dave at the forefront of the operations.

Warehouse Manager
With over 20 years’ experience, Reuben’s immeasurable ability to foresee system breakdowns and focus on preventing them too, makes him the warehouse manager we can rely on. Reuben guides his expertise towards innovative warehouse process adjustments and streamlining our delivery services ensuring our customers receive the highest quality of service.

Commercial and Finance Manager
Phil brings many years of corporate financial and management experience to Milsons. As an experienced strategist and data analyst, Phil is the ideal person to manage all financial and commercial aspects for Milsons Group. His natural inclination to build relationships through networking and his collaborative working style embodies Milsons’ corporate values and filters through to how we work as a team to service our customers.

Brenda’s invaluable marketing expertise has been honed through 25 years in various marketing roles within both global corporates and leading locally owned businesses. As Milsons’ marketing manager, Brenda values the customer relationships that have been developed over decades and is passionate about the continued exceptional fastening experience that our customers have come to expect from Milsons.
Kah Paw Htoo
Warehouse Supervisor
Kah Paw brings over 10 years experience to Milsons from his early career starting out in Milson foundry as our steel expert to now managing all inwards processes for Milsons. Kah Paw is detail-oriented ensuring all products are receipted, stored, and issued to the highest standard. He manages our robust quality control system on incoming goods, including a range of dimensional and defect tests/procedures. He is also accredited to check all international containers ensuring they meet all MPI import standards, making him a reliable warehouse supervisor we can count on.
