Due to security reasons, you will be automatically logged off after 30 minutes of inactivity. To continue your order, you just have to login again – your shopping cart will not be affected by this.
Log in by hitting the ‘LOGIN’ icon at the top right hand corner of the page. Once logged in, go down the list on the left hand side of the page and select ‘ADDRESSES’. From there, you can add, delete and edit addresses.

Shipping FAQs
Delivery costs are calculated at the time of checkout. They vary based on the type of service or size of the vehicle required to deliver the product.
You can check the status of your delivery area on here on NZC’s website to see if this is delaying your delivery. If this doesn’t present any delays, please contact our Customer Support team at sales@milsons.co.nz or call 0800 507 444.
Yes you can. If you are sending a purchase order via email, simply put the address and contact details for your customer on the PO. When entering an online order, add your customer to your addresses once you have logged in and your order will be sent without a physical copy of your invoice.
When you are at checkout stage of your order, select the ‘Ship to different address’ checkbox. This will give you a drop down where you can select ‘add a new address’. This will save to your address book under the ‘My Account’ page where you can set a different address as default or delete addresses. All these addresses will be available when you go to place your next order.

Returns Policy FAQs
Milsons accept returns for up to 60 days on stocked items if they have been previously authorised. Used, superseded, or discounted goods will not be accepted for credit. An invoice number must be referenced with all returns. Goods returned for credit must be in original condition and packaging. Milsons reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee where applicable.
If the item/s you have ordered are no longer required and you wish to return for a credit, you must arrange shipping back to Milsons warehouse at your expense. If the goods are faulty or incorrect, Milsons will send a return ticket for the goods and replacements can be sent.
